Sharon Cuneta sings two of the theme songs of her movies with Gabby Concepcion: "Dear Heart" and "P.S. I Love You" in The Sharon Cuneta Show. For the third song, Gabby joins her on stage to sing "Come What May" at a time when she was going through a terrible ordeal: split up with husband Gabby.
