Ms. Marita Zobel on Sharon Cuneta: "When my husband was hospitalized, she sent me help."

Ms. Marita Zobel, an LVN Pictures star who started in the '50s, was interviewed in a recent episode of Snooky Serna's vlog in YouTube. During the "Flash the Movie" segment, the veteran actress shared her fondest memories of Sharon Cuneta when the film Caregiver (Star Cinema, 2006) was flashed on screen.

"I did a lot of movies with Sharon," Ms. Marita Zobel remembers, "kaya parang mother-daughter na talaga kami."

The movies they did in Viva Films were Sa Hirap at Ginhawa (1984), I Love You, Moomoo from Tatlong Mukha ng Pag-ibig (1989), Kaputol ng Isang Awit (1991).

"Natutuwa ako sa kanya," recalling how Sharon would sleep anywhere during the shooting of Sa Hirap at Ginhawa with Gabby Concepcion.

"When my husband was in the hospital, she sent me help. Sabi ko, 'Wow! Naalala pa (niya) ko."

Sharon admits she loves hoarding books. Being very fond of them, she gives her friends books. She also also sent some to Ms. Marita Zobel, "She's very thoughtful." 

This gesture shows how Sharon reciprocates her admiration for the actress whom she has worked with since the '80s.
