In part 4 of "Sharon, Solo with the Boys," Sharon Cuneta is joined by the Bagets gang in a "Footloose" number. Footloose, along with Bagets and Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala, was shown in 1984 starring Kevin Bacon.

The cast of Bagets is led by Herbert Bautista who co-starred with Sharon in Jack & Jill in 1987 and Jack & Jill sa Amerika in 1988 and became one of her co-hosts in "The Sharon Cuneta Show." Prior to that, Sharon joined Herbert as Darna in Captain Barbell in 1986 with Lea Salonga who became Sharon's co-coach in "The Voice." Bagets was a massive hit, a film of the '80s generation which was derived from the term "bagito" which means new or inexperienced. According to one of its cast, William Martinez, actress Alona Alegre coined the term. Alona is the sister of the late Mina Aragon who was married to Vic del Rosario of Viva Films, home studio of Sharon, and was Sharon's manager. Bagets, in turn, was produced by Viva Films, katulad ng Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala. William was with Sharon in Forgive and Forget in 1982 and Friends in Love in 1983. he is married to Yayo Aguila who was also in Bagets who was with Sharon in Unexpectedly Yours in 2017. Si William ay kapatid ni Albert Martinez na naging ka-MU ni Sharon bago sulutin ni Gabby Concepcion sa kanya. Another Bagets was Raymond Lauchengco who was with Sharon in Cross My Heart in 1982 along with Bagets' JC Bonnin and Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala in 1984. JC is Charlene Gonzales' cousin who is the wife of Bagets' Aga Muhlach (who was not in this concert) who was paired with Sharon in Kung Ako Na Lang Sana in 2003. Ang uncle ni JC ay si Bernard Bonnin na nakasama ni Sharon sa Buy One, Take One as Richard Gomez's brother. Francis Magalona, another Bagets, was paired with Sharon in Kung Aagawin Mo ang Lahat sa Akin in 1987. Francis' daughter, Maxine, was Sharon's co-star 30 years later in Unexpectedly Yours.
