Sharon, Solo with the Boys: Pangarap na Bituin (July 1984)

In part 6 of "Sharon, Solo with the Boys," Sharon Cuneta sings the theme song of her blockbuster movie Bukas Luluhod ang mga Tala. "Pangarap na Bituin" is written by the late Willy Cruz and the first of the Tala trilogy.
The term Megastar was coined by Ed de Leon in response to Sharon's manager's request that time na si Mina Aragon na bigyan ito ng title na ka-level ng Superstar ni Nora Aunor at Star for All Seasons ni Vilma Santos. Seeing the massive crowd who gathered at her wedding with Gabby Concepcion in 1984, Ed argued, "The prefix mega when used means you are multiplying a factor by ten million times. So... if the population was 90 million, surely Sharon can have ten. So she's the star of the ten million, a megastar."
